On the road again...

Tomorrow marks the beginning of Convergence, a biennial conference sponsored by the Handweavers Guild of America, Inc. (HGA). This year the conference will take place in Grand Rapids, Michigan at the DeVos Place Convention Center from June 25 through July 1. The Vendor Hall, of which we will be a part, features fibers and fiber-related equipment from around the world. Come visit us at Interweave's booth (number 322) if you have a chance. We'll have garments and projects from our newest publications on display, as well as the towels from Handwoven's recent contest.

For the first time the newly formed Spinning and Weaving Association will also have a booth at Convergence (number 411). Stop by to learn more about how you can become involved in this grassroots organization to help ensure a vibrant marketplace for spinning and weaving.

There is still space available in some of the workshops being offered at Convergence. In addition to the Vendor Hall and workshops there are plenty of other activities to keep you busy such as seminars and fashion shows. So, if you're looking for a last minute weekend getaway this might just be it.
