Open the same hours as the market (in the Stone Lobby)

Is Thursday 10-4 the only time the Market is open to the public? That's the only time so labeled, but most of the timeslots are unmarked.
I'm unlikely to make it off the waitlist, but I'm close enough that I could come to the Market.
The only time the Market isn't open to the public is Thursday Oct 9 from 9-10 am--the rest of the hours are open to the public. Sorry that wasn't clear.
Please do come to the market!
